Contract

This is our contract and policies that should be read through thoroughly prior to booking with us. We want to ensure you have a great session however our policies are in place to ensure yours, our staff and other clients safety when booking.

PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS (SECTION 1)

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling requires 48 hours' notice; failure to do so results in inability to change booking.

  • Refunds are not issued due to illness, but clients may reschedule once before re-booking.

  • Cancellations are not refunded.

PUNCTUALITY (SECTION 2)

  • Booking individual must be punctual. Lateness over 30 minutes without prior notice results in automatic cancellation without refund or rescheduling.

  • Late notification of lateness does not delay hire start time. Session ends at scheduled time; any additional time is considered overtime.

CAPACITY (SECTION 3)

  • Capacity includes all team members. Additional attendees will be asked to leave immediately; exceeding capacity results in termination without refund or rescheduling.

  • Maximum capacity: Under 4 hours - 6 // 4 hours or more - 8.

PETS & ANIMALS (SECTION 4)

  • No dogs or pets allowed without prior consent. Arrival with animals without consent may result in immediate termination of booking without refunds or rescheduling.

OVERTIME & DAMAGES (SECTION 5)

  • Setup and take down time must be within booked hours to avoid overtime charges.

  • Overtime payment (£55 per additional hour) required upfront; may be charged directly to card on file.

  • Additional charges apply for specific backdrop use.

  • Clients will be provided with shoe covers for their team and are responsible for ensuring they are worn throughout the session (excluding models). Any marks on the cove requiring repainting will result in a repainting fee (£60).

  • Please LIFT equipment and do not drag it across the cove, this will result in additional marks being left of the cove / damage to equipment. Ask for help if you are unable to move equipment.

  • Client hiring the studio is responsible for any damages to the studio space, equipment and repaint fees if applicable; charges may be applied directly to card on file.

EATING, DRINKING & SMOKING (SECTION 6)

  • Eating and drinking allowed, but not on backdrops or cove space.

  • Strictly NO alcohol or drugs permitted; non-compliance leads to immediate termination without refund or rescheduling.

  • No smoking indoors; use designated outdoor area.

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT (SECTION 7)

  • Photography/videography limited to booked studio space. Surrounding areas not for client use.

  • Maintain respectable noise levels and respect neighboring businesses.

  • Do not occupy communal spaces after session.

  • Disrespectful behavior results in immediate termination and potential further action.

OTHER (SECTION 8)

  • Staff are not responsible for lighting setups or shoot outcomes.

  • No smoke machines permitted.

  • Music videos/live music require prior approval.

FINAL AGREEMENT (SECTION 9)

Online booking implies agreement to all terms and conditions. Violation results in immediate session termination without refund or rescheduling.
